Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hatley favorites, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all seasonal clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and packaging are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
